Gretchen Wilson Has Your Country Right Here!
Gretchen Wilson, who rose to fame with anthemic songs like “Redneck Woman,” “Here for the Party” and “All Jacked Up,” knows the reason she’s had success over the last six years: “I’ve been genuine from the get-go,” she says, “and I continue to try to do that. I’m an open book.”
Nowhere is that more true than on the title cut single of her fourth studio album, I Got Your Country Right Here, which hit radio airwaves this week. “This is not only the title track of the record but it’s the first song on the album as well,” said Gretchen. “It really sets up the whole vibe of the rest of the record and let’s you know kinda what you’re in for.”
The hard-driving single, which was written by Jeffrey Steele and Tom Hambridge, pays homage to her heroes ranging from Willie, Waylon, Hank and Charlie Daniels to Skynyrd, Allman Brothers and ZZ Top.
Buy The Album I Got Your Country Right Here

Starting looking for this in stores last week, didn't see it but here it is now. The title track "I've Got Your Country Right Here" will get you up out of your chair! Written by Steele and Hambridge, I had the pleasure of hearing the song live during my attending several Tom Hambridge shows in the past few weeks. Have to buy this one and hear what else is on Gretchen's CD.
Sorry about the typing error. The title track should be "I Got Your Country Right Here" Instead of "I've". I guess it's a good idea to preview and proof read before posting, I tried to edit this after posting and couldn't figure a way to do so.
